Contrary to popular belief, natural or synthetic vitamin C does not prevent from sleeping, even if taken at night just before going to bed. So, you can drink orange juice without worries! However, you should pay attention to certain chemical Vitamin C that are sold together with other components, such as caffeine, for example.
