How Are Stripes On The Toothpaste Made?

The toothpaste stripes are made through a compartment located just at the top of the nozzle exit and drilled with holes. When you press the tube of paste, the dye contained in this compartment is also pressed by the pulp and escapes through the holes, forming stripes.
