Jack The Ripper Whitechapel Murderer Has In Fact No Name

The name Jack the Ripper which is the best-known name given to the unidentified Whitechapel serial killer, came from a letter signed with that name (Jack the Ripper). But the letter is widely believed to have been a hoax.

In fact, it may have been written by a reporter in a deliberate attempt to raise the sales of his newspapers.
Within the crime case files, the killer was called "The Whitechapel Murderer" or "Leather Apron."
